Section 7 - Wyoming Transfer and Registration Notes
- Buyer must title and register the vehicle in Wyoming (or export state) promptly after purchase to comply with state law. Failure to title within required time may result in penalties, inability to obtain plates, or insurance issues.
- Odometer disclosure must accompany the title application. County clerk will require the signed disclosure.
