Section 6 - Warranty and "As-Is" Status
The vehicle is sold:

Section 7 - Title, Liens and Encumbrances

- Obtain a completed and signed title from Seller (with lien release if applicable).

- Provide proof of insurance meeting Alaska minimum requirements.
- Pay any applicable local sales tax, title fees, and registration fees.

Section 10 - Default and Remedies

If Seller fails to deliver clear title, Buyer may rescind and recover all amounts paid plus reasonable costs.
Section 11 - Governing Law and Entire Agreement
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alaska.
This Agreement, together with any attached exhibits or addenda, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations or representations. No modification is binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.
