Section 4 - As-Is Condition and Warranty Disclaimer

SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY ARIZONA LAW OR AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A SEPARATE WRITTEN WARRANTY PROVIDED TO BUYER.
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Buyer has been given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle personally or have it inspected by a qualified mechanic prior to purchase.
- Buyer is purchasing the vehicle based solely on Buyer's own inspection and not in reliance on any representation by Seller other than those expressly set forth in writing in this document.
- The vehicle may have defects, some of which may be known to Seller and disclosed below, and others that may not be known or readily discoverable.
- Buyer accepts full responsibility for the condition of the vehicle after purchase, including any repairs, maintenance, or safety issues.
Section 5 - Known Defects and Condition Disclosure

Section 8 - Additional Disclosures (Arizona Specific)
- Arizona Lemon Law (A.R.S. § 44-1261 et seq.) primarily applies to new vehicles. For used vehicles, other consumer remedies may apply under the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act if fraud or misrepresentation is proven.
- If this is a dealer sale, additional disclosures under A.R.S. Title 28 and dealer advertising rules may apply.
- Smog / emissions: Arizona has emissions testing requirements in certain counties (e.g. Maricopa, Pima). Buyer is responsible for compliance with current emissions requirements at time of registration.
