The Buyer acknowledges that Virginia law requires payment of 4.15% Sales and Use Tax on the purchase price (or determined value) at the time the vehicle is titled, subject to the statutory minimum. - Seller will deliver the signed title (with assignment completed) to the Buyer at signing or within [[Number of Days]] days after receipt of full payment.
- If the title is held by a lienholder, Seller will cooperate to obtain the title or lien release promptly.
