Section 10 - Pennsylvania Titling and Legal Notes
- Use this Bill of Sale together with PennDOT title application forms (MV-1 or current equivalent) and required odometer disclosure.
- The buyer must title and register the vehicle promptly to avoid penalties and to operate legally.
