Section 4 - Title Warranty and Representations
Seller warrants that:
- Seller is the sole lawful owner of the vehicle and has full power to sell it.
- The vehicle is free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, and adverse claims except as disclosed below or in attached payoff letter.
- The title documents delivered are genuine and properly assigned.
- Seller has disclosed all known title brands, salvage history, and material defects in the attached or referenced disclosure statement.

Section 5 - Condition and Warranty Election

Section 6 - Odometer Reference

Section 7 - Delivery and Risk of Loss
