Section 5 - Condition and Warranty
The vehicle is sold in its current "AS-IS" condition. Seller makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, merchantability, or fitness of the vehicle for any particular purpose, unless a separate written warranty is attached and signed by Seller.
Buyer has inspected the vehicle (or waived inspection) and accepts it in its present condition with all faults.

Section 6 - Title, Liens and Representations
